FCPD car waitng for rescue

is this cop waiting to be towed or is he looking for speeders, the funny thing is his car was parked in about 2 foot of grass so i dont see how he would be able to jump in and speed of, plus he looked very pissed off, no speed camera or anything

Where was this? He was probably waiting around to mess w/the traffic signal timing. The cops (GMU and county) are often sitting around like that at the corner of Sideburn Road and Braddock Road waiting for an event to end for traffic control.

Yeah that one is hard to figure out...sitting next to large grey traffic box...wow what could he be doing? Probably cycling the lights and letting traffic through because Dr. Gridlock was constipated and ranted and raved about something..
