1/4 of Trucks on FFX Roads are Unsafe

TRUCK INSPECTIONS, 5000 block of Walney Road, 05/29/15. Officers stopped and inspected 103 trucks. Twenty four trucks were taken out of service.

i could be wrong but i think VA has changed it's state inspection "pass/fail" charter and begun writing in more code which helps car dealers hit people up for money

for instance i know at one time that a few dry-rot cracks in brake lines did NOT constitute a VA inspection fail OR even a customer sale

here's the proof

it proves VA legislators are greedy democrat sacks of shit adding code to help rich tyrant political families

the fact shown: seeing a crack in a brake lines is NO indication of whether the line might cause a highway death before the next inspection. infact: unless the line has a "tear" (a long open crack acid is eating the inner line) - wont happen
