Facebook Wars with relatives

Has to be a lot of you out here also that have Facebook Wars with relatives?

Blocking, restricting, holding others hostage on FB against relatives.

Sick of the whole thing. People in their 20's and 30's acting like Jr. High babies.

Let's hear your story. I have too many. It's easy to see when I hear about families that won't see certain sides or attend wedding or such how it happens...oh well.

That's one of the reasons I left facebook. I don't have to deal with all that high school facebook drama crap any more. People thought I had blocked them for a while until they learned I had deleted my account.

Now when somebody says "Facebook" I just laugh. The weird part is all the sudden everybody is inviting me to "secret" parties and events because they know I won't post anything about it on facebook. Hell I've been to parties with half naked women running around.

Facebook security and privacy sucks ass. You might as well be posting all your friends private shit to the world.

Never did get a fb account and I'm prime demographic...45 SAHM in the suburbs with local and international family.

Once my MIL got a fb account and starting causing trouble, I knew I'd never, ever get an account. She knows of my concern about over sharing kids pictures and then posts tons of pics of my kids. I've had to tell her to remove all.

She also gets in trouble for writing all over walls and tagging people in photos.

You can still have a Facebook account with a TS clearance. You are not that important...

You're putting your TS clearance at high risk with a facebook account. I was told to stay off social media especially FB.

Active military duty personnel are also told to stay off FB and social media sites.

Article 133 – Conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman

Article 133
Is a catch-all article. Several instances of inappropriate social media use can fall under this article.

Posting obscene photos, linking to inappropriate material or conducting yourself
on a social media platform in a manner that is unprofessional or generally
offensive can lead to punishment under the UCMJ.

ART. 133

Any commissioned officer, cadet, or midshipman who is convicted of conduct
unbecoming an officer and a gentleman shall be punished as a court-martial
may direct.

They told you this because you are a low level dreg and they know you are dumb enough to share inappropriate shit so they just tell you not to have one at all. They don't trust your judgment. I bet you feel really important though.

people worrying about pictures of their kids is fucking silly

this whole country is weak as fuck and you all are pussifying your kids

everyone scared of their neighbor

strike up a conversation with someone in public, YOU will be immediately thought of as some sort of crazy person or predator

you all are not really important to the people who live in the real world

It's funny how facebook posts have changed over the years.

First everybody was posting everything. People planking, doing beer bongs, drunks passed out with magic marker shit written on them, chicks kissing each other, people basically doing mocking shit and smoking a joint.

Now on facebook it's a picture of a dinner plate with some food, people wishing happy birthdays and people posting their jogging times.

FYI, TS clearance isn't the highest. Obviously, you didn't know that since you're not that important either.

There are MULTIPLE variations of TS clearances with poly levels and above TS, you have Yankee level clearances.

Toodles.

If you have a Yankee clearance, you should not be posting on FFXU....

FB is still great therapy apparently for people who like to post something directed at 1 person, but who decide it should be made public.

Or, for playing games, like blocking people, belittling others, and competing with enemies for those who have time to waste.

I have 470 "friends" on my facebook page and as of yesterday only one actual post from somebody. That post was her posting a pic of sushi she was having for lunch.
