am I allowed to ask for a foia report re: students race and breakdown by race? is that possible or will it be called "racist" ?

idk but they are the racists for having that info in the first place. By doing so, they initiate racism; then act shocked when the rest of the country follows suit. bureaucratic ignorance!

They put Ethnicity Breakdown out on every school demographic page. If you want it, ask for it.
