Let's see. Zimmerman goes to trial and is found not guilty. Results...riots and marches. Michael Brown, a thug who assaulted a man, reached inside a cruiser and hit an officer, rushed an officer and the grand jury did not send it to trial. Results....riots and marches because it didn't go to trial. Of course, had it gone to trial and the officer found not guilty -- results would be riots and marches. And on and on and on. I was one of them trapped in the stadium in Baltimore. What other race is so violent that you get trapped in a stadium? Other groups like the Italians Irish and Latinos have had to deal with issues in this country. Even today blacks are the source of more crime and violence than the rest put together.
Whoever it was had the idea to create the country of Liberia and send them back to Africa had the right idea. The only thing we would not have is rap music which is garbage anyway.
Why should public places, shopping malls, sports venues, mass transit be dangerous because of just one segment of the population? I for one would like an answer.

No, way before Lincoln there was the American Colonization Society(1820). Members included James Monroe and Henry Clay. About 5,000 blacks actually resettled in Liberia, but most blacks didn't want to go. So the ACS eventually faded away.

Correct about Monroe, and the capital is Monrovia. Lincoln however WAS in favor of the idea, just as he was okay with keeping slavery; he just didn't like that pesky secession thing.
