Blacks were disproportionately represented as both homicide
victims and off enders. Th e victimization rate for blacks (27.8
per 100,000) was 6 times higher than the rate for whites (4.5 per
100,000). Th e off ending rate for blacks (34.4 per 100,000) was almost
8 times higher than the rate for whites (4.5 per 100,000)

Many people here are racists/trolls. There is another problem though. Black Americans are committing homicide at a much higher rate than any other group. We have to recognize this along with possible socio-economic reasons contributing to this fact.

I had few Black friends when I was young because, well, where I grew up there weren't very many Black people.

In college (William & Mary , 1989), I made friends with several Black men, and a common theme I learned from them: when they were young, their mothers did not allow them to play with other Black children, only with White children.

Interesting from a sociological standpoint.

Blacks with brains vote Republicans. They always have, starting with Lincoln.

Blacks who think with their dicks (like Bill Clinton) vote Democrat, because Democrats provide them with an unlimited number of idiotic Democrat women who will service them. It's part of the dialectic. Blacks are a product-commodity to Democrats. They must do their part.
