Gun-tard has gun stolen in residential B&E

"Hey everyone this is my first post and unfortunately it is under some bad circumstances. I recieved my CCW permit in May of 2010 here in California. Recently my home was broken into and one of the guns that I am licensed to carry was stolen. Believe me I've been kicking myself in the butt ever since. My question is it possible to purchase a new gun and add it to my permit?Thanks ladies and gentleman."

This is california, where the permit is assigned to a particular gun .. they've got you by the balls in cali.
