your is a possessive pronoun
you're is a contraction- you're= you are

Please stop watching Fox News or any news for that matter and purchase/read a grammar book. Perhaps you can teach your mom some grammar too! Clearly the schools your family sent you to and your mom have failed you in your English instruction.

Don't the news organizations that sponsor the dinner pay for it? In the form of "buying tables" and inviting hungry celebrities to eat next to (i.e., create nonsensical photo-ops)?

And this year's dinner foregoes dessert to send $23,000 to a charity of some sort.

And no, I doubt you're Mom's invited.
