i dont mind volunatary schooling programs however
i fucking hate this governments idea they have a right to force others to take "learning programs" offered by guess who?
government workers writing themselves job tickets.
who didn't fucking know that
what is in their best interest? that classes and tests are a total pain in the ass so that their is more volume and jobs for the government workers

i'm all for voluntary school and maybe a sign up fee sounds like fun
