The document is 43 pages in length and written for someone who likes this legalese shit. Is there a synopsis on what will change? From what I can see the only change will be to allow lawn mowing to start at 5:30 a.m. for 6:00 a.m. tee times when more than 50 yards from any residence.

It allows the beaners who work for lawn care companies in our neighborhood to start as early as 7:00am, any day of the week. (It used to be 8:00am on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).

Trash pickup can only start after 6:00am! (Hear that AAA?)

Also, barking dogs have to be barking for two minutes continously and you must be able to hear them in your house with the windows and doors closed!
