Viking Automotive in Chantilly replaced both mounts in my S60 at a good price.

I had a similar situation where the dealer prices were outrageous for my daily driver. I checked around and asked a friend, who sent me to Skyline Automotive in Baileys x roads

They are under new ownership, and while I have no experience with the old ownership, the guy who runs the place took the time to show me the shop before leaving my car (since it was a first visit for me, I suppose) and was able to beat the dealer prices by quite a bit.

Anyways, while I may or may not need service for some time, I will say I was treated right by Skyline Auto.

They are on Rt 7 right before Columbia Pike. Looks like they have a website, but it's under construction.

Was different in display, when I referenced the last time. But again, new ownership, from what they said.

I hope this helps.

Viking Auto in Chantilly is the best in the area. Reasonable prices but not cheap. WAY cheaper than the Stealership. There was a place on Lee Hwy just before you reach Merrifield (before golf course) that used to be recommended. Volvos can be hard as not every indie can/will work on them. Not sure why I work on my own. Be careful with indies not used to volvos as they often seem unable to figure problems out (many times, like with Merc, you need special and expensive software for diagnosis).

One motor mount should be an $80 part and $120-$220 labor max.

I've found that the local Pep Boys has by far the most expert qualified mechanics that exist. I take my BMW there for everything. You stupid white people always go to the dealer and get robbes.

They are not "Dealerships", they are "Stealerships".

Also note that most "Stealerships" do a poor job on most cars older than 5-7 years because of employee turn over.

DonsSunoco in Falls Church or Merv's in Springfield are both reliable places to have your car fixed.

I don't mind Virginia Tire and Auto in Falls Church. Yes, there is some upsetting, and the prices aren't the lowest. They do good work, have excellent service, and there's something good to be said about the fact that they are open seven days a week, and late Monday through Saturday.

Check the reviews for Fallon Automotive. It's a family business in Sterling.
