Breakfast: Eggs any style, toast with butter, milk
Lunch: Leftover cooked meats or cheese on bread sandwich's, some fruit, fresh raw veggie, milk
Dinner 1 : Baked chicken, steamed veggies, mashed potatoes, bread , milk or water
Chicken left over for next days sandwiches.
Dinner 2 Baked Ham, mac and cheese greens bread milk and a bunch of left overs ham and eggs, Ham omelets, Ham sandwich, Scalloped potatoes and Ham, veggies galore
Food item ideas galore so what's the problem with this Is VERY true?
Convenience items should only be for those on assistance with no working kitchen stove such as having only a microwave. Only the very poorest elderly low income people who CANT WORK, as example should get a wider selection.
