Police Replacement
Posted by: Time For A Makeover ()

Day after day, newscast after newscast the stories are the same - Another black man is killed at the hands of a local police department. One would think that with all of the attention being paid to the police, and the fatal outcomes, that the police would be on their best behavior. No, the situation has gotten worse. This weekend the Baltimore broke the neck of a restrained black man. He is another dead black man.

The situation is beyond help. The time has arrived to hire new police officers to replace the existing officers. This needs to be done nationwide. Existing officers should be retained on duty at 1/2 current pay rate until replacements take over. The they should be terminated - No hold overs.

This is baltimore, MD.
OK. - -But please post in off-topic! This has nothing to do with FF CnTY's police departments problems.

Besides, you resist arrest, esp. when armed, you may get your neck broken. Planty of people from other races are arrested with force each day ... it would be interesting to see how many after resisting, get injured and for your argument's sake how many are or are not black!

I made it clear that this needs to be done Nationwide, so that includes Fairfax County.

The police force in Baltimore and local forces across American are unrelated to fairfax County.
Are you suddeesting that we have a pandemic of violence against blacks via our police forces?
The stats say otherwise, but the media would like you to believe that is that case.
Granted there are some crazy cops out there.

Still this isn't for the General Forum.
Thank you.
The normal place for nationwide topics is in off-topic.

This is Fairfax. Only innocent white dudes get killed by cops here. Go back to Baltimore.

By the way, we need the police here in Fairfax, because there are so many G--damned criminals who come down from Maryland, DC, New Jersey, New York to commit crimes here.

I'm sorry, Bawlmer. It should be a nationwide thing that police officers respect huamans.

How an officer could drag a man who's screaming in agony is beyond me.

I hope every one of those officers involved in the case are sued to oblivion.
