verizon is a living hell

i had fios installed a week ago and life has never been the same. i had my old phone number ported over, after hours and talking to 20 people, transferred from customer service to billing to tech supp, waiting, getting disconnected, it got straightned out, now my phone is disconnected and i have not got the first bill.

verizon has all this security in place and any bozo can cut your phone off.

next stop get all the new installation charges reversed that was not my fault.

no, i do not work for cox or comcast.
