I would love to go to the gym or at least do fitness, but I don't have time because I work more than 12 hours a day, being in the office all the time. However, I cannot call my lifestyle passive. I actively exercise while staying in the workplace. It is the best way to keep myself in shape. I think that if you have such a busy schedule, you should try to find something easy for yourself that didn't require much effort. I used to sell fitness equipment, maybe I could help you.
