If a woman can't heft 200 pounds over her shoulder and run 100 yards, she shouldn't be a cop or a fireman, period. I regularly go to the Fairfax County courthouse and see these little imp-women, 98 pounds and such, walking around, and I'm thinking, what happened to my County dollars? Sheriff Kincaid, please answer.

They don't have to do anything law enforcement related. they are there to tell you to stop chewing gum in the courtroom and hand papers to the judge. They actually go to an academy for 4 months to do that.

they actually go to the academy for 6 months. They also have full police powers meaning they can pull you over and ticket you or arrest you. Do they do this? No. There main purpose is not court room security, it is corrections. They run the ADC in Fairfax and their secondary job is court room protection and processing serving of legal documents. But do not be fooled, they are full sworn police officers.
