police and SWAT team off 123 in Fairfax city. Anybody know what it is about?

saw several cops one uniformed police officer with an unmarked car and a flak jacket also saw a guy wearing fatigues with a flak jacket holding a rifle.I was heading south on 123 it was on the right on one of the side streets around the creek I just flew by and saw it real quick that's all

It was a search warrant being executed at residences of one of the two men responsible for the Fort Meade shooting today, the deceased one I believe.

They said the vehicle was stolen. I'm guessing they stole the vehicle. Get high on some drugs made a wrong turn. They then thought the police had a roadblock to stop catch them so they tried to ram the roadblock not knowing it was an NSA gate.
