A Huge Tom Turkey has been seen in that area, he stands right on the side walk and struts. Its a wild life rich area as it was remote.

I have seen them twice now one just a few days ago on Telegraph on the sidewalk at intercetion of Jeff Todd. Its all Govt property back in there no hunting allowed.

Maybe the cops were hunting for Tom for dinner. They turned so many folks around without any explanation. I thought it was a crime scene.

For a spotlighting poacher as lots of people have seen those big Toms and Hens in that area as it is full of game.
The area off Kings Highway by Lee Rec Center is prime for poachers as well as many other places. You just dont know about it. They have some one drop them off then they get the game and hide by the road side till their ride comes back. What people will do , when they get Buck Or Tom Fever after they saw Big Tom strutting in their face on the sidewalk.
Its almost as bad as Redskins Fever With Temporary Insanity when the Skins have gone to the Super Bowl in days of yore. Or when they sometimes make the playoffs or just Plain Redskins Fever, you know when they win a game now and then.
