Does anyone know if a minor has doctor-patient confidentiality in Virginia, or if parents will be notified with results?

By law, doctors only have to notify the Washington Post, the CDC, the NIH, and the DHS.

Halogen, I would call one of the clinics, ask to speak to someone about STD testing, tell them you have an STD concern but you are a minor. Ask if they can offer anonymous or private STD testing for you. If the answer is "no" then try to look elsewhere, maybe call a doctor's office (pick out on OB/GYN office somewhere) and they may be able to point you in the right direction.
My guess is the Fairfax clinics do... I found this posting and it says that they offer anaonymous testing for free, at least for HIV. They may run tests for other STDs as well:
HIV ANTIBODY TESTING. Fairfax County Health Department offers free anonymous testing. No appointment needed. Wednesdays, 5-6:30 p.m. Joseph Willard Health Center, 3750 Old Lee Highway, Fairfax, Va. 703-246-7100.

i just wish they would sterilize them at the same time... no need in telling them though.

Unfortunately, typical of a lot of people who go looking for help online, halogen posted a question and left people to waste time researching an answer... and never came back to acknowledge or thank.
