Nutley street safway gypsy on smartphone!

Right now next to the gas station where the stoplight is located on private property is 2 beggars with children. The sign explains they are starving or something but the kicker is the woman was on her smartphone. Both of them were very well dressed. Considering it is spring there are a ton of seasonal jobs available right now so instead of panhandling he should be out there working.
