Moreno v. Basl Update
Posted by: Court Reporter ()
Date: March 18, 2015 08:33PM

Since the other thread is totally clogged with pointless junk, here is another thread to update all of us as to the train wreck which is Moreno v. Basl:

The case is now set for trial on January 11, 2016. It is set for a four day trial, with a jury. Mark your calendars.

When the hell is Eesh getting a lawyer? He still doesn't have one as shown by him still posting on FFXU.

There is a court access system that is available if you have an account. I don't have an account, but I have a friend who does, and he looked it up for me. It's legal and not hacking.

You can get the info on the courthouse public access computers too if you go over there.

He doesn't have a lawyer. Who said that he had one. He's still representing himself as far as the court records show.

Yes it does. It shows the start date, the number of days scheduled, and whether it's jury or non-jury.

He couldn't get it to post from his anon name so he tried posting from his OP name and they all ended up coming through. What a huge fail we have just witnessed.

This is why patience is a virtue. So that when you're posting on here you don't accidentally triple post, not realizing your first 3 posts came through and then change your name for some reason in the middle of trying to post and get exposed as defending yourself anon. Or it could just be a huge coincidental phenomenon that these two totally different people had the same response, verbatim, seconds apart. Right?

So..OP/Court Reporter/dnGUc, now would be a great time to show some proof of your claims.

Your track record right now isn't all that stellar now. I do however, thank you for the great laughs that this thread has already produced at your expense. I will make sure it stays at the top just for you!

I'm just wondering what expletive you yelled out first after you realized what you had done. Was it "FUCK!" "SHIT!!" or "GOD DAMNIT!!!" and did you curse Cary for this? Please let us know all knowing one. We eagerly await your replies!

4 days of listening to this bullshit? The jurors will be committing suicide at lunch on the second day.

Nah, didn't yell anything. Why would I really care? As to whether what I said is true or not, time will tell. If I were going to make something up, I think it might be more interesting than the fairly boring info I posted.

The plaintiff goes first, and that part of the case will probably be at least tolerable. The plaintiff's attorney will be prepared, and the jury will follow it. The defendant's cross examination will probably be brief, and may be comic relief for the jury.

If I had to guess, though, this case won't come to trial. Don't read anything in to that. It doesn't mean that the defendant will win. I just don't see this being tried.

Yeah, making a fool out of yourself on this site is such a shame. I don't know how I'll look myself in the mirror tomorrow morning.

As to backing up these claims, you could find out the information yourself. I'm not going to tell you how, but it's very, very simple to find out whether the information I posted is true or not.

This is how everyone knew you were lying. No one here has any friends, too many details here and "it's legal and not hacking" nobody said it was and who is really that interested in this shit that they'd pay to look it up or have a "friend" do it for them? Nobody.

It's also nearly impossible to predict how long a trial might last. 4 days? A jury could deliberate and come up with a verdict in an hour or a week.

It's scheduled for 4 days for trial. The jury can take as long as it wants, but the parties have 4 days to put the case on. Again, it's scheduling. The court will try to keep the case within the 4 days. If it starts to look like it's going to run over, the court will not be happy, and will move the parties along. The jury deliberates only after the case is done being presented. Once the jury is out, the court moves on to other work.

I think the letters above are moving too fast for several of the posters on this thread to read.

Fourlegs,et al, the words above Supermans head ( he is the guy in the blue with the red cape and the S on his chest) are THE JOKE.

It REALLY is because this entire thread's purpose has been overshadowed by the OP failing so hard so early off!

In which case, the only thing to do is create another thread.

Between now and the trial next January, how many threads about the Moreno v. Basl lawsuit will be created? Ten months is a long time.

10 months is a long time for people to forget and move on. What else can be said about it at this point?

Many of us don't pay attention to that shit, and as far as defending, I was just rewriting. I got a message on the first post that it was spam (the message in red lettering that you get sometimes), so I rewrote it not bothering with the name in the OP, and that one posted multiple times for some reason.

You people are weird.

It appears that MANY people pay attention to it and had a great romp laughing at your stupid ass! More than half the posts are yours.

Nobody cares about the Eesh or Misery case enough to look it up. And no one would have even known anything new had happened to look it up besides the people invovled. From the CourtObserver thread Eesh was given 10 days so there's no reason why anyone would have been looking up the trial this early on, Mr. Jimmylegs

the reason why he couldn't produce any proof of this (a screen capture) is because he and his "friend" did not look anything up on the court website he knew because he is MR. MISERY!

This should go to a cage fight showdown. Sumo outfits or really big boxing gloves would be a good fit. Patriot Center, Meade warms up the crowd, Cary sells some FFXU mersch, Gerry sits in the dunktank playing the sitar... etc..Winner takes all. Pay per view for all posters that won't leave the basement would round it up, Don King would pull the shit off.

There is no trial. It was thrown out earlier this week.
