You mean where Whites are not outnumbered 10 to 1?

Very few areas indeed.

America the great is fading away. Goodbye, you will be missed

There are no blacks in my neighborhood. There is no crime either. Go figure.

Mason Neck is a wonderful place to live. No townhouses, no apartments, and most neighborhoods are on the water.

Uh, have you been lately? Asian and Indian invasion, especially in the sub $1M range. They are snapping up everything sub $1m, which is actually quite a bit of the housing stock in GF. Property values are flat in Great Falls now year over year.

I suppose it's for the Langley schools, but that's heading south too with the rest of FCPS.

Have I been there LATELY? LMMFGDAO...

Well, I mean I've lived in Great Falls for 67 years now...but, admittedly I haven't stepped outside since 7am this morning.

You need to learn and understand the concept of nuance. The OP's question wasn't "Which part of Fairfax County has ONLY white people?". No one knows more than I do that Great Falls has certainly seen an invasion of brown, savage, illegal mud-people as well as the garden variety shovel-faced slopes but it terms of per capita within Fairfax County...it's whitest in Great Falls.

I actually know someone who lives in Mason Neck. Yeah, no nogs in that area! Houses on the river and I'm talking high price houses. Very small area and secluded.

I think that the trend in Great Falls is that Asians and Indians really follow the school rankings, and gravitate to Langley due to it's ranking. Langley is one of the only (the only?) HS in FCPS that has no multi-family dwellings feeding into it. But....there is an awful lot of Great Falls housing that was built 1960 - 1980 - these are not McMansions by any stretch, and a lot are old and in need of renovation, and run of the mill white buyers want something that looks like the Pottery Barn catalog. But the Asians and Indians don't care about that - they'd live in a mud hut if it had good schools, so they move into those old houses and just deal with the ancient furnishings to get into a good school. Funny thing is that the western half of Great Falls is likely to go back to Herndon High soon, which is where it started in the when Herndon HS opened in the late 60's. So all that planning will leave them in a school full of MS-13.
