My neighbor leaves his trash cans on the street until he gets home from work. I call HOA and they said it is allowed. Can I call the police?

I have to look at them for hours. Can I sue him?

You can either invent something that will automatically put those trash cans somewhere where you can't see them or put them away since they bother you so much.

And you can just hush up because you are obnoxious.

I'm confused...

So, in the OP's community...If I live in a home by myself, I am not allowed to put my cans out in the morning and then put them back when I get home from work? If I live alone, who else is going to move the cans back prior to me getting home from work? What...I'm supposed to take a day off of work each week so that I can listen for the garbage truck coming up the street and then rush out to put my cans out, wait for them to be emptied and then immediately put them back. I've got 2 cans so, there's going to be about 90 seconds there where there's one can at the curb and one can on my deck while I am walking back and forth. Is that ok? Or should I hire some 8 year, brown, savage, illegal mud-person to come and do this with me?

OP, you're either a troll or one stupid ass bitch.

Come to my neighborhood and you can see them sit out overnight for days. Princess mother walks by,2 able bodied young adult sons walk by,adolescent daughter walks by and if dad is away they don't get removed from the curb til he returns.

First, it's already established that you're a libtard troll.

Second, you could just always be a good neighbor and take them up to wherever he keeps them. But kindness is not within the vocabulary let alone lifestyle of the libtard.

And this post is even lamer than your one from yesterday. You really have to use more subtlety.

My son is 10. He has made a cottage industry in our neighborhood of charging our neighbors $1 per can per week to be put out and returned. It started with my neighbor who is elderly, retired and lives alone across the street last year giving my son a chance to earn some pocket money and also relieving himself of lifting and dragging the cans with a bad back.

He's up to 67 houses per week and he's getting ready to take on his friend as a partner. They're not all on the same block so, he rides his bike to the various destinations. He has a simple cell phone (which he reimbursed my wife and I for with his earnings...ditto the monthly bill, too) so he can keep in touch with his customers and us when he's out on "his route". He also manages the operation via email which only my wife and I have the password. He has a satellite map of the neighborhood on his bedroom wall. Houses colored green are customers, houses colored red are prospects. For his prospects, he selects 5 prospects per month whom he provides service to for free in the hopes that he can convert them to customers. And finally, he also canvasses the neighborhood once per month on his off day knocking door to door and making his pitch and/or handing out his full-color tri-fold Kinko's produced brochure.

The only thing with his business that my wife and I have insisted upon is that he provides service to 4 additional houses per week in the neighborhood for free. 1 of those is the gentleman across the street, since he effectively jump started his business and the 3 others are his choice. Could be a family in which the Mom or Dad is away and they'd like the extra help, or someone is sick or experiencing some other difficulty or challenge. He said he'd like to learn how to start mowing the lawn so he could buy his own mower and start up a landscaping division of the company.

If you got a job you wouldn't have to look at the trash cans all day

Garbage can transportation services? A wall map with customers? He's bringing in his friend as his partner? Cash only?

Robert...is your last name Soprano?

Good for your son and your support of him. Wish there where more like it. Might invest in a Snow Blower for him. Shovels work but he can do more with toro snow blower.

You should call the police and report a suicide in progress at your address. Then follow through.

MoneyMaker idea your business is not. A garbage can business? Business? Is he insured? Is he an official business? Does he have a solicitation license? Your son should go to a government office that specializes in this and share his business with him. That will help him learn to start a business the legal way and not the lemonade street corner way. Real businesses cost real money to get started. He will need to charge a lot more per can.
