I do like to go out and eat yogurt but I mostly just eat it as a snack at home, with come fresh-cut fruit or as a substitute for milk with my granola. I usually buy organic Greek or organic Bulgarian yogurt (the second one being a slight favorite) just because they are infused with probiotics and I sometimes struggle with lower GI problems. I have been really pleased with this organic Bulgarian yogurt
just because it tastes great, it helps with digestion process and it's also a good source of protein. If you never tried it you should give me a try. It tastes amazing
