Kamp Washington - Fast Casual Central?

This is at the Kamp Washington shopping center with Golfsmith. In addition to the existing Jimmy John's, Chipotle (which frankly may be the worst Chipotle around), there are plans to add a Cava Mezze Grill, Native Foods Cafe, and MOD (fast, customizable pizza and salads).

Wish that Borders was still there. I loved to sit in the comfy chairs in the back and read books. Never bought anything there though.

That giant back in the day was a very busy store . Used to work there in the late 70's esrly 80's . Store now at jermantown & 50

I can't imagine the Giant off Jermantown is doing too hot these days with competition from Wegman's, Aldi, and Wal-Mart. At least, that's what it looks like as the parking lot is consistently 1/4 full.

I've seen a surprising number of young good looking women at that Giant. Maybe because of the apartments next door or something.

Not "plan to" .. they are and it's been under construction inside for a few months now. It's the store right next to Jimmy John's but the entrance is on the Golf Smith side. Seems like it could be open in April.
