Aparentely, it always ends with a murdered black person at the hands of racist white cops. And aparentely white people dont ever have to fight the police because they get to enjoy the privilege of being white and as such never find themselves in any situation which could involve a disagreement with law enforcement.

I think that's what he's saying - not every black guy that gets shot is innocent and not every white guy is always assumed innocent. Those just happen to be the only situations that hit the news.

long story short, there's no easy way to solve such a large scale problem. There are racist cops, but as long as blacks proportionately commit more crimes than any other race, they'll always be the focal point of police attention. Vicious cycle, it's too bad everyone can't just chill the fuck out.
