Four Pinocchios means it's a lie. No doubt about it. If you repeat it often enough, the loyal followers might believe it, but it's still a lie.

Obama is trying his darndest to stop this pipeline, offshore drilling, and oil exploration across public lands.
Yet the capitalists figured out how to make money drilling on private land, increasing supply and lowering prices, though not to the $1.85 level that existed when Obama became President.
No wonder that Obama is lying. What else can he do at this point?
