FCPS and Foia Question

If I asked Ms. Reaves, a question RE: Emails send between a principal and a teacher. He resigned last year in April 2014. If I asked for emails in between them will she found out who asked for the emails?? Will they tell her that Person X requested emails between Her and 5th grade Teacher?

This teacher at Eagle view is he . He resigned last April. we are not sure why...

The Principal is she. I am wondering If I asked FOIA for emails in between thoes two parties will the FOIA person call or email the principal saying Mr.Lewis is asking for Information about your email?

Maybe. Probably. Absolutely. Your request is public record.

You can't rely on them giving you everything and you will never know if they don't. Plus, they might consider it a personnel issue and cry exemption.

They will probably come up with a reason to not release these or screen them very closely and redact some stuff.

I think they did all communications via their personal e-mail accounts. No official records. No problem.
