Ok so I never thought about the FARM kids who miss out on free meals when school has a snow day. The parents are upset and want those meals provided, I presume. So, should the cafeteria staff be required to show up and prepare meals? How would the kids get there? Should we implement Meals on Wheels for this situation? Meals on Snowmobiles?

oh then you didn't hear they want to extend school all year round ?

and that means pay too

meaning significant more moneys suddenly being printed without any backing

the california plan they showed movies of when i was in school

showed a california making lots of products (infact seeing "made in california" was not uncommon in the 80's)

their view was that the law against children working was oppressive

that the long tried system of apprenticing build facotries workers economies

and SCHOOLS should have children participate 1/2 day in a money making environment

of course in obama world: there's only money stealing and oppressing those who oppose - no private earnings except by gov families - so a money making environment isn't even a discussion

Ha ha ha! I totally remember reading that. I love reading everyone's complaints every time there's a debate about whether to open or close due to weather. This woman was a moron. The responses to her on the FB page were pretty good. Most people called her on her ignorant comments.

Why don't the schools run through the summer when the weather is good? Summer break could be taken from xmas - end of Feb.
