In Virginia, E-Z Pass account holders sign a customer agreement to abide by the speed limit through toll plazas, says Tamara Rollison, a spokeswoman for the Virginia Department of Transportation. "There is no consequence spelled out if someone breaks the speed limit regarding their E-Z Pass usage," she says. "The expectation is you obey the law."
Virginia will follow suite if they find out money can be gotten.

Speeding is illegal. Though whacko dumbfucks like to proclaim an unfettered right to just about everything, you actually don't have any right to speed. If you get on the NJ Turnpike, then get off 60 miles and 35 minutes later, you are a wanton lawbreaker and should be cited on the spot.

Do they actually do this? I've bombed up the pike when traffic was good and nobody said a thing about it when I exited. Yet I must have been told half a dozen times that the Turnpike guys time for speeders, but nobody every knows anybody this ever happened to.
