Oxford House

Has anyone ever lived in an Oxford House, or know what it is like to live in one?

Yep, about 25yrs ago. its run by residents. Usually people right out of rehab. Gonna be people you like and don't like, but everybody was respectful. If your an ass, you get kicked out. Not too bad. Usually got to share a room, but its no big deal. The residents vote on accepting you in. It was run the best that could be expected with so much varieties of people. I only know of the house on jermantown rd I stayed in.

There's one somewhere in Tyson's Corner & another on Yeonas Dr in Vienna.

A friend of mine stayed at the one one Jermantown road. Everyone seemed very nice. I hope they all made it.
