that's the thing with it though. they keep bring charges on you (fx co) they have no right to. then they are taking everything you have "based on your record". all the while may have had no evidence or even right to prosecte. and if your friends see the record they'll assume you did something wrong: they won't even notice whether you were convicted or not. (it's why defamation is illegal, it's false, and it's very harmful)
they're criminals. they want to take your (house,car,bank acct). they want their children to have an easier time getting jobs and selling you out to mexican overthow: and taking your dumb ass out with fake charges not only does that
it also lets them bill legal time
fx co gov used to get $10k/yr on legal time. they are now getting $100k/yr legal time
objama democrats are 9x the spending of busch OR clinton
ah $10/k yr to $100k/yr. sounds like 10x more, which is what ojama is over all said and done.

Is there a difference between a charge being dropped vs dismissed?

Criminal charges (misdemeanors): Any difference between a charge being dropped or a charge being dismissed? Do both keep the arrest record???

Dropped (nolle prosequi): won't show on conviction records. Dismissed: shows on conviction records as dismissed.

you need a signed letter of "the county fucked up and had absolutely no reason to indicate you in any way"
