Nope,

Not gonna happen. In-N-Out is a west coast burger chain. Their quality is superb, WAY better than a shit hole like 5 guys. Just sayin'

McD bacon clubhouse is close enough. And I lived 3 miles from an in-n-out in Cali for 3 years.

Ya know, I've never quite gotten the mystique about In-N-Out. Don't get me wrong--they're decent burgers, better than anything any of the chains make (although I know people who like Five Guys better). But the way people genuflect, you'd think they were like the best thing ever. And they don't seem THAT special to me.

Is it just that everything they make is slightly better? Or just hype?

It's all hype and ride-the-wave. Red Robin...In-and-Out...somebody else will be next for no better reason.

Microwave ovens and freezers are banned from in n out kitchens. In order to have the same quality food they would have to invest a huge amount of money in a distribution center that could only serve a 300 mile radius. Its not going to happen unless they whore themselves out and change to frozen product.

In & Out is good, but it is hyped by those outside of the area that cannot regularly get In & Out.

Kind of a treat or something special to look forward to when you are on the Left Coast.

In & Out would do pretty well on the East Coast, but there is way to many competitors to make it an easy market.

Smash Burger, Elevation Burger, Bobbies Burger Palace, 5 Guys, Cook Out, Sonic, Checkers just to name a few in an around the area.

Yeah. And RTC already has two burger places, I can't imagine a third (nor can I imagine an In-N-Out without a drive-through, although they may exist).

I wish...In-N-Out Burger rocks! The winter weather is not conducive to their model though.

Imagine buying a burger at the McD's price, but actually getting fresh ingredients. I would rather have in-n-out than five guys or mcdonalds. Five guys makes everyone run to the bathroom.

The only thing all that special about In-n-Out burgers is the Animal Style sauce. It really does taste great. If someone grew up on the stuff out on the West Coast, I can understand how they'd miss it if they moved here. But the rest of their burger is no tastier than 5 Guys.
