Glass Building on 495 by WWB half demolished

It seems as though demolition has halted. Anyone have information on why this building still stands?

A local contractor has been hiring illegals and then murdering them at the end of the job to avoid paying them. The workers demolishing this building have found what the City of Alexandria police believe to be the dumping ground for the bodies of the aforementioned murdered illegals.

With limited access to work, they will take it down in portions and separate the debris. They have to separate it so that they can maximize their profits and what is scrapped. They don't get any money for the concrete they get, but scrap metal is paying good right know.

A month or two ago when I first saw it , I thought it was a terrorist attack for a couple seconds, till I saw there was no dust or smoke..Scared the shit of of me .
