Boston Property Management is in charge of those garages. They have their own security guardforce. (with no real reasponsibility's, of course. Exept to harass people parking there)
Since the Silver Line Metro Station opened up a few months ago down the street, there has been a huge influx of sludge of the region showing up in the area surrounding the station. Including Reston Town Center. The surronding garage areas are a hoodlems delight.

Since the Reston Metro Train Station opened up, there has been a signficant increase in the flow of illegal immigrant and African American trash rolling in. Only took a few months. But it is definitely a real trend. Prior to the train station opening, it would take an average of three or more buses to reach the Reston area. Now, it is just one train ride. And the scum know exactly how to get free fare rides, free bus tokens to add to their smart trip passes. Etc., etc.
Be prepared for it to get worse. With a significant increase in crime in the area.
