I loved when he was mayor.....That nigger made for some entertaining times. One of the best was when he went on vacation during a big snowstorm.

The city was so dsyfunctional during his administration in the mid-90s. Someone stole parking meters throughtout NW. . It was a long time until the meters were replaced. I ditched Metro for the free parking.

No cause of death given at this time.
