DUI arrested last week

Last week I was arrested for a DUI. It was all a set up by the feds. I went to drink at the bar near my house a mile. then the cop was doing a speed trap and give me a speeding ticket. my bal level was .09. They took my DL and they said they mail it back in a week. I started getting letters from lawyers.. Why did FCPD Sell my information to lawyers? Did anyone have this happen before that the police sells their information? How are they allowed to do this?

The cops didn't "sell" your info to anyone. The lawyers look at the docket and send you greetings in hopes of getting you to hire them to defend your drunken ass. Just go it with out a lawyer and save the 2500$ and use it to help offset the cost of your SR22 insurence, Asap classes and court fees. Or you could fool them all and just kill yourself before your court date. Oh and ride your bike down to the drug store and pick up a tube of KY as you will need it for your stay in the lock up. And don't fret you will eventually look back on what you are about to receive and feel that sinking feeling of being the total loser douche bag you have become. Douche.

Shouldn't we be talking about how it is bad to drink and drive? If it was a mile away just walk there, why drive if you know you are going to drink?

You're a good driver when you drink? Then how did you get picked up in a speed trap?

I was the world's worst drunk for many years, but I never got a DUI. That was partly luck and partly me not doing shit that attracts the popo's attention...like speeding.

Anyway, that mile you didn't walk is going to be the most expensive mile in your life. At least 2-3 dollars PER FOOT.
