Does anyone know who the tenants will be in the new retail space they're building next to PJ Skidoo's - the former site of the Cho's Garden restaurant?

The city approved another title max loan and a pay day loan right next to each other. In the works is another we buy gold exchange where danatos pizza went out of business. Fairfax city is the financial hub of the area.
