Hey Democrats! Republicans have taken over "your" Senate. For the first time in six years you will need to negotiate to get what you want for your state.

Fortunately, the new Senate Minority leader is the old Senate Majority leader, and knows how to get things done. All you have to do is stay on his good side.

So, what's the very first thing you do when you return home to D.C.?
