Kings Park West Problem

I have lived in Kings Park West for nearly 10 years and I've never encountered a problem till now. A Family moved in next to me and I'm about to tear my self apart! THEY ARE RUDE & LOUD! They're from Syria. They put on loud music until midnight & their kids have already hit my car & tractor with their soccer ball nearly 50 times. I want to know how I could report this. And they were abusing my dog the other day. is there like someone in the KPW Community who can help me report this problem?
