Comcast Internet only customers - are there taxes/fees?

I've got Verizon FiOS with Internet service only and there are no taxes or fees added to my monthly bill. It's been this way for years ever since I first signed up with them. However Verizon has been increasing my rates over the years for the same Internet throughput so I'm considering Comcast (I know..)

Any Fairfax County Comcast customers out there that are signed up for Internet only (no phone, TV)? Are there any taxes/fees added on your monthly bill? The plan I'm considering is $44.99 for 12 months - no contract. I'm providing my own modem to avoid monthly rental fee.

Comcast isn't only in Reston but you bring up a good point about it's limited availability. Does Cox charge for additional taxes and fees?
