BAck in the day it was 21 in VA and 18 in DC to drink beer. High school kids would go to DC and get drunk as shit in Georgetown bars.

The problem was driving back they would get in accidents. VA and MD finally pressured DC into changing the law.

The important info to know is when the recently approved measure making recreational use goes into effect. It is also rumored that there are some complications that might arise with federal regulations trumping the new local regulation.

This is all DC needs. A bunch of stoned (and drunk) teenagers staggering around causing trouble.

Oh wait, this is already happening. Oh well congrats to the cops for getting some more of their responsibilities removed.
