That's not an owner-generated number. It was derived via Zillow's sets of computer algorithms that seek to summarize recent transactions and developments in the relevant area. If anything, Zillow tends to come in on the low side, particularly in a rising market.

I believe a bunch of illegals were found buried in the trailer park this afternoon. There were at least 7 cop cars and a police helicopter circling.
