Soccer moms slow down rather than increase speed to the speed of traffic in the lane merging into.

They also jump in the lane, once the merge has been completed, they brake sort of to regain their footing or something slowing down the lane and pissing you off and then they decide to accelerate again. Go you dumb bitch, why are you braking, I just let you in.

There are few things I hate more than people driving along at THE SAME SPEED as the car next to them, with a turn signal on, just waiting for something good to happen.
