OK,so I work out at the One life Gym in Burke. When I'm in the middle of working out I always here this guy screaming curse words,I even see him yelling them at people that are completely random by the way as well. He is a white male who is short, I'd say maybe 5'8, light and lean build. My point is he terrorises everyone at the gym he sees and does it at completely random times. Thankfully he hasn't targeted me yet, but I'm worried he will progress his way towards me and I wouldn't know what I should do if let say he becomes violent and.wants to fight me what should I do? I have seen h plenty of times in the past, and and he often wears a black T-shirt and basketball shorts when he's working out. He looks in his early 30s and is Caucasian with Dark Blonde hair which, is starting to bald. Have any of you encountered this douche. I don't want him to bother me and its a pain in the ass looking everywhere and making sure he's not around, he even changes where he works out constantly, and that makes it hard to avoid him! I just got a membership to OneLife I now I have to deal with this asshole? What would be the best thing to do other than go to a different gym?

Sounds like he's got some mental issues. Go to the front desk and ask for a manager. Ask if there are are conduct guidelines and whether this guys' outbursts violate them. Ask why he hasn't been removed. Cancel your membership and go elsewhere if they don't do anything.

That is accurate. The dude clearly has Tourette's or some similar affliction. For the most part he just mutters to himself and makes those strange pained yawning faces, like a cat trying to hack up a big hairball. Some days it's more profound than others, but I've never heard him using foul language or curse words.

I never saw this dude terrorize anyone, and anyone who feels "threatened" by him must be a complete wuss. Height has nothing to do with it; despite going to the gym every day he is actually quite scrawny. He is just a skinny little dude with no visible muscle mass. Other than the Tourrette quirks he is clean-cut and non-intimidating. He minds his own business in his own weird way.

The harmless skinny little Tourette's dude has not been seen at the One Life gym for several months. One of the trolls here must have killed him. It was always interesting watching him make his facial contortions (like he had a hairball or something). We all--or most--miss him.

The staff at onelife are very patient with him, I took my shirt off to weigh myself once in the middle of the gym and seconds later I was approached by a gentleman who works there and politely said "Sir please dont take your shirt off again in the gym." And that was that. I am lucky to be at Onelife because the people there are very mellow. But what will happen if someone gets into a fight per say, how will the staff react? If I were that skinny dude I wouldn't want to be going to the gym I know I'd get picked on or yelled at by people, probably be asked to leave and would really go nuts. Oh boy
