Although I am loath to blaming the victim, it is true that many young women these days certainly dont help themselves to avoid this kind of tragedy. Some of the public dress I see is shocking. But since they are all slaves to the TV and social media, they just follow the leader. Throw in alcohol abuse with the prostitute style of dress and you are bound to attract some sickos.
