Is Tyson's mall going to fail? As what point will the middle class stop going to the mall as they did in Springfield Mall due to the demographic shift?
How many robberies, car thefts and panhandling before you stop going?
Will you drop your kids off at the movies when their are gang-bangers lurking around?

No it won't! To much momentum to fail at this point. Tysons will be just fine. Springfield Mall was mismanaged. The crime whether perceived or real was never dealt with by the management. They didn't care to make the shoppers feel safe so the perception of crime lingered. This new iteration of Springfield Mall will not likely fall as easily, assuming the new management does not do anything stupid. Tysons never felt unsafe IMO, I don't think there is any issue there.

Between the usual business next door deals competition, with more and more internet savvy people doing much smarter shopping online, strip malls, especially shopping malls are becoming a dying breed of greed.
A fool and his/her money is soon departed, the old saying goes.
Then, you must add in the real and serious problem with the heavily extended downward spiral of the economy. With the politicians, government and businesses consistently
finding news ways to lie about if and when we are not having any given level of a recession.
With all the right greed and misguidense that does exist, it is only going to get worse. For most. And better for just an elite few.
History is repeating itself. And it will continue to repeat itself as long as the tiny minority rich/filthy rich are in control of it all. Including our government at all levels. (Local, State, Fed) And they are very good at what they do. Keeping us all divided so well. With the so many different ways they have imbedded division into our society. The 'divide and conquer' strategy works for the rich in any country's economy much better than in any warfare tactics. Pay attention. Closely. To what they do. Promoting the separatism. So we will never unite as a majority under one flag. As one people. And stop the hyper-greed going on. In place. Right in all of your faces.
It is sad. Within a country titled 'The United States'. With our very flag titled 'The United States of America Flag'.
Very sad.
Pay attention everyone. Most of you should be very angry. Outraged. Horrified at what they have done.
It has gone on for so long and is so deeply embedded it will take nothing less than an all out revolutionary battle to stop it and turn it around for the majority, now.
Does everyone know that this country has the largest, by far to all other country's, sectarian government on the planet?
The French would have never let it get this far. This bad. For the majority. They are by far more United than us. By far!
