Gun Control Doesn't Work to Reduce Violence, According to the CDC and the Rand Corporation

"During 2000--2002, the Task Force on Community Preventive Services (the Task Force), an independent nonfederal task force, conducted a systematic review of scientific evidence regarding the effectiveness of firearms laws in preventing violence, including violent crimes, suicide, and unintentional injury. The Task Force found insufficient evidence to determine the effectiveness of any of the firearm laws or combinations of laws reviewed on violent outcomes."

https://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/rr5214a2.htm

Gun Policy in America: An Overview (Rand Corporation)
"We reviewed thousands of studies to identify all available evidence for the effects of 13 gun policies on eight outcomes. After excluding studies that did not meet our criteria for establishing a law’s effects, we found little persuasive evidence for the effects of most policies on most outcomes."

https://www.rand.org/research/gun-policy/key-findings/gun-policy-in-america.html

Gun Control Doesn't Work to Reduce Suicides, According to the AIHW

In 1996, Australia Banned and Confiscated Nearly All Modern Firearms. According to data collected by the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (AIHW):
In the 18 years before the gun ban (1978-1996) there was a total of 36,376 suicides for a mean rate of 12.24
In the 18 years after the gun ban (1997-2015) there was a total of 46,387 suicides for a mean rate of 12.67

Although the slight increase in the rate is statistically insignificant, there was a 27.52% increase in the total number of suicides during the 18 years after the gun ban.

It is obvious the gun ban had no effect on suicides. Hangings merely replaced guns as the most common method of suicide.

So what does Gun Control Do?

It Makes People Defenseless in the Face of Monsters. ESPECIALLY WOMEN

After Australia imposed a Gun Ban, Sexual Assaults Increased Significantly.

Gun control pisses off right-wingers. That is what is important. We have a fair amount of gun control already and there is going to be more of it in the future.

the gun show is where you'll see black, white, asian, hispanic, middle eastern people all together, respecting each other. There won't be any arguments over parking spots. This is how people treat each other at the gun show. It's far more civil than your typical day at the shopping mall.

This time last year they had a couple of American flag burning sessions in the parking lot. Hopefully they will do that again this year.

& under every lib gun control law, only negro criminals have access to guns so gun crime just gets worse b|c law abiding white people can't have a gun to protect themselves from negro criminals . Libs are more worried about negro criminals than the white people they prey on.

That’s a lie only a Marxist democrat would say.
Background checks are run right there. If a felon tries the state police are at the shows and make arrests.

I have heard that not only convicted felons but average people who are not wanting to answer question 11e go there to make contact with sellers willing to make under the table deals. From what I understand the actual transactions take place at nearby hotels. The price is usually much higher than a leagal transaction.

Yeah, the prices for the legal guns are just too high. Only people who buy guns legally at these gun shows are city people who dont know they are getting ripped off.

Remember that 64 Americans kill themselves with guns every single day. That is a great trend since the people killing themselves are mostly guntarded republicans. We don't want to fuck up the trend of republicans dying off. If anything we need more of it.

Of course they are. When I see someone with a gun I put my phone on video record and put it in my shirt pocket then I poke fun at them and try to get them to threaten me. Twice now I have gotten a guntard to threaten me on video. I call the cops and press charges on them, they try to lie their way outof it then I show the video to the cops. It is funny as shit!
