Most of them are not very smart, that is true. The real issue is that they are scared and they get mad when they see others around them living fear free lives. It makes them buy more guns and ammo to try and compensate for their inadequacies. Sadly, this never really helps these gun guys are committing suicide at an alarming rate. The ones that are killing themselves are really the lucky ones compared to the rest who live in constant fear.

Even within those cities, violence is further concentrated in smaller neighborhood areas that saw two or more gun homicide incidents in a single year, a total of about 1,200 neighborhood census tracts, which would fit into an area of just 42 square miles.

There were no more then 1000 actual mob killings including all "Bonnie and Clyde" outlaw gangster type killings nation wide during this entire period which lasted for a decade during the "Roaring 20's and Dirty 30's"
