large chunks of Fairfax are pretty much strip malls already

Town centers at least look better

serious question though where they gonna put all the middle class folk

poor folk get subsidies

rich yuppies buying up the 750k condos

but seriously what idiot actually wants to live in Fairfax Corner as opposed to Arlington/Alexnadria
